When it comes to the topic of bacon's rebellion, most of us will readily agree that it was a recolt against the english government and their laws and restrictions in the new land. Where this agreement usualy ends however is on the question of if Nathaniel Bacon went on a killing spree against the native americans which could be seen as unnecessary. Where as some are convinced that the standard way of thinking about Nathaniel Bacon's Rebellion is that he was against the government because they were not providing the security against the indians as needed. It is often said that the actions of Nathaniel Bacon was a statement of the people.
One implication of Zinn and Steoff of Bacon's Rebellion is that, "He probably cared more about fighting indians than helping the poor." Yet on the other hand, from the text of A Young People's History of the United States says that, " Bacon's Rebellion brought together groups from the lower classes, they started an uprising because they were angry about the way that the colony was being run."

it is an ok job. i though you tried to stuff the two quotes into too small an area and did not explain them well. I also thought that the thinking process was a little under par. maybe put a little more thought into it next time.
Byron this is a good blog post however it seems a little short. You seem to be either paraphrasing a lot about the events. I also noticed minimal quotes from the two sources but the one that you did have was really good. This has to be one of the better post that i have seen to day. You followed the templates and your paragraphs are structured well. Good job, keep up the good accurate writing.
I love your clear, concise points! Your though processing is easy to follow.
Though I did notice some spelling and grammar errors that do distract me and annoy me a bit just because of the type of person I am.
I think you could've added a bit more "meat" to the discussion though. Maybe some more quotes to support what you are saying.
Overall, it started out really well, and I think it could've been better if you had continued on with it. Be confident in your writing!
